DescriptionLocation The City of Duluth's Inflow & Infiltration (I&I) Inspection Program plays an important role in protecting the community's sanitary sewer system by identifying and reducing sources of clear water entering the wastewater collection system. These inspections are often encountered during real estate transactions and can raise questions for REALTORS®, buyers, sellers, and property owners. Join us for July's Lunch & Learn, presented by staff from the City of Duluth Public Works & Utilities and hosted by the Lake Superior Area REALTORS®. This session will provide a practical overview of the City's I&I Inspection Program, including what inspections involve, when they are required, common issues discovered during inspections, and the resources available to property owners.
