Join us for a 2-hour, in-person training designed to help you stay safe, aware, and prepared at open houses and showings

* This class focuses on only non-lethal use of force options; this is not a permit to carry class.
* Discuss why situational awareness and mindfulness is important and what agents can do to stay safe.
* Explain techniques and options for agent safety and how to employ them intelligently.
* Inform Agents on the legal options afforded to them while doing their jobs in the field.

Course Syllabus:
Module 1: Situational Awareness Staying alert and identifying threats.
Module 2: Basic Self-Defense Techniques for deflection and escape.
Module 3: Communication and De-escalation Calm communication under stress.
Module 4: Emergency Preparedness Personal safety plans and device use.
Module 5: Legal Considerations Understanding self-defense rights

Note: Prepare to be on time as the DOC rules require that you cannot miss ANY of each class or NO CE can be given.

Anyone can attend this class but please note you will only receive CE if you are a MN agent.
