After graduating from law school in 1991 she began her training career and eventually became General Counsel for a large real estate firm. In addition, Lynn was an instructor for ProSource Educational Services (now Kaplan) from 1994-2002 where she taught a variety of real estate courses including the pre-licensing curriculum. Lynn has chaired or served on many of the committees at the local, state and national associations. In 2004 she was the President of the Minnesota Association of REALTORS® and REALTOR® of the Year in 2005. Lynn was the Region 8 Regional Vice President for the National Association of REALTORS® in 2011. Lynn has a BA (Psychology) from the University of Minnesota and a her Law Degree from Hamline University School of Law. Wayne Gilbert Wayne Gilbert became a REALTOR® in 2002 and works both the residential and commercial real estate market. He is an attorney specializing in real estate law, and is a Minnesota State Bar Association "Certified Real Property Law Specialist." Wayne is an instructor of real estate continuing education classes. He also teaches real estate law in the paralegal program of Inver Hills Community College. He is a past Chair of the MNAR Forms Committee, and is an active member of the Professional Standards Committee. He was the 2010 MNAR and St. Paul Area Association of REALTOR® of the Year.
