Chris Prescott
Chris’s passion for the classroom comes from his appreciation for entrepreneurs and small business owners. He loves to bring fun and humor to the classroom as well as a song or two that might include your name. He enjoys coaching people through the daily challenges of their business and watching them become successful after all of their hard work. He is enthusiastic about equipping people with the practical tools and systems that contribute to their success. Chris and Tricia founded letmkno marketing which provides marketing solutions for small business. Chris’s Hobbies Include: Singing, Gardening, Recreational Boating, iPhones and pads, Camping and Hiking. Chris and his wife Tricia live in Waconia Minnesota with their two dogs, one bird, and have 5 children between the ages of nine to nineteen.

Brad Boyd
Brad Boyd received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota Law School and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Augustana College, in Sioux Falls, SD. After clerking for the Chief Judge of Juvenile Court, Brad developed his legal advising skills as an attorney in a small boutique law firm focusing on real estate, business and estate planning. During this time, Brad became a licensed real estate broker, and founded and successfully operated a flat-fee real estate brokerage. Brad currently serves as General Counsel for the Minnesota Association of REALTORS®, and is lead attorney for the MNAR Legal Hotline. Brad has also taught community education courses, served on the Minnesota Association of REALTORS® Forms and Governmental Affairs Committee as the Chair and on other various industry workgroups.

Wayne Gilbert
Wayne Gilbert became a REALTOR® in 2002 and works both the residential and commercial real estate market. He is an attorney specializing in real estate law, and is a Minnesota State Bar Association "Certified Real Property Law Specialist." Wayne is an instructor of real estate continuing education classes. He also teaches real estate law in the paralegal program of Inver Hills Community College. He is a past Chair of the MNAR Forms Committee, and is an active member of the Professional Standards Committee. He was the 2010 MNAR and St. Paul Area Association of REALTOR® of the Year.
